Welcome to the Club Doctors Website!
In Australia alone, around one in three residents volunteer their time in some capacity. In Western Australia, volunteers contribute more than $800 million a year worth of “free” labour to the economy.
Recognising this contribution, the Rotary Club of Bunbury Leschenault, has established the Club Doctors' service to provide an extra level of support to volunteers and Not-For-Profit organisations.
Club Doctors is a free counselling service for our region’s not-for-profit organisations, providing advice to enhance the work these volunteers provide for our community.
Club Doctors is run by volunteer counsellors experienced in their respective professional fields, and has been working to empower community leaders to improve the effectiveness of our community organisations.
The Club Doctors' service includes advice on:
- effective committees
- growth programs
- conflict resolution
- assistance with financial matters
- volunteer recruitment
- fundraising
Based at Lotteries House (99 Victoria Street Bunbury) the Club Doctors' service is available to office-bearers of clubs and Not-For-Profit organisations.
Simply call the Club Doctors' hotline 0488 914 611 during business hours (9am - 4pm) to set up a confidential appointment with a counsellor. The counsellor can discuss the matter with you by telephone, or arrange a meeting as required.
The service provides practical advice on how to go about solving problems. It is not aimed at undertaking work on behalf of community organisations.
If you think Club Doctors can benefit your organisation or club, call us 0488 914 611 or email us at volunteer.south.west@bigpond.com
Club Doctors is a Rotary initiative substantially funded by the State Government of Western Australia through the South West Development Commission and supported by the Volunteer South West and the South Western Times Group.
